About
An approach built on practice, not performance myths.
Omruiz Coaching is live video coaching in public speaking, presentations, and professional communication. This page describes the method.
The practice
Omruiz Coaching is the online coaching practice of Mark Sanchez, a sole proprietor. It is not a corporation and not a limited liability company. You can call +1 (480) 744-6945 or email information@omruiz.com. The office address is 1746 E Madison St #5, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. Clients are not received there.
Contact hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Arizona time. Weekend sessions are by prior arrangement. Mark Sanchez is the owner and the coach. The coach page lists how to reach him. Sessions are online.
The coaching idea
People do not become clear speakers by collecting advice. They become clearer by saying the real thing, hearing what landed, and saying it again with one change. That is the method. It is closer to a rehearsal than to a lecture about confidence.
The material belongs to the person who has to deliver it. A conference talk, a client deck, a leadership update, a difficult meeting: coaching starts there. Generic icebreakers are a poor use of the time. If there is no draft yet, the first pass can be spoken from an outline. The outline still has to be about the actual audience.
What “good” means
A good session ends with fewer, sharper choices. The opening states the point. The middle can be followed by someone who was not in the prep meeting. The close matches the ask. The speaker can get through the difficult paragraph without rushing it. None of that guarantees a vote, a sale, or applause. It makes the talk more faithful to its purpose.
What the practice values
- Specific notes over motivational language.
- The listener’s constraints: time, attention, and prior knowledge.
- Straight descriptions of what is offered and what is not.
- Written scope before coaching starts, including fees once they are real.
- Practice on the material you actually have to deliver.
What this practice is not
It is not speech-language pathology, psychotherapy, or medicine. Delivery coaching can include pace, volume, and clarity for a talk. It does not assess or treat disorders, and it does not treat anxiety as a clinical condition. It is not a university, a certificate program, or an open-enrollment class. The photographs are illustrations. They are not pictures of the coach or of clients.
Every session is held by live video. Clients are not received at the office.
How the site is meant to be used
Read the service that matches the speaking situation. Read how an inquiry moves. Use the consultation form when you can describe the talk. Use the FAQ when the question is about price, timing, or what the form’s confirmation means.
